With a strong background in graphic design, I create visual content that communicates clearly, looks professional, and strengthens brand identity. From logos and branding to digital ads and marketing materials, I ensure every design aligns with the client’s goals and vision.
In digital marketing, I develop and manage campaigns that connect with the right audience, using SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics to drive growth and engagement. I bring a data-driven approach, always focused on performance and ROI.
Combining leadership, design, and marketing, I help businesses grow through creative strategies and smart digital solutions.

Jennifer Shimada
My work involves managing and coordinating across multiple departments, each with distinct functions, to ensure that our internal processes, systems, and teams are working in sync to support our clients’ long-term success.

I oversee core business functions, including operations, service delivery, and internal process optimization, to maintain high levels of performance and consistency across the organization. I am also responsible for implementing company-wide policies and procedural frameworks, ensuring that these not only reflect our internal standards but are also aligned with the needs and expectations of the businesses we serve.​ In collaboration with senior leadership, I take a cross-functional approach—actively monitoring key performance indicators, resolving operational bottlenecks, and continuously improving workflows to ensure that our services remain agile, scalable, and client-focused.

Nicole Paula Bayo
My role combines the care and clarity of Human Resources with the precision of Finance. I work to create a healthy, inclusive work culture where well-being and work–life balance come first.
I coordinate team wellness days, internal check-ins, and support resources.
Finance Assistance
I organize financial records, update spreadsheets, and help keep everything in order—from expenses to payroll logs.
I support invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and monthly reports so the business runs with clarity and peace of mind.

Business Operations Director
Reg Villegas
I oversee the operational backbone that enables our digital marketing strategies to scale efficiently and deliver measurable business outcomes. My role is to align process optimization, resource management, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.

I lead cross-functional initiatives that streamline workflows across marketing, sales, creative, and analytics teams—ensuring that operational frameworks empower our talent and technology to perform at their best. From refining project management systems to implementing automation tools and performance dashboards, I focus on reducing friction, increasing transparency, and enhancing productivity.

Data is at the core of my approach. I leverage business intelligence platforms and CRM analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic pivots. By translating complex operational data into actionable insights, I help our leadership make confident decisions that drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
In addition to process and performance management, I manage vendor relationships, budget planning, and compliance with digital marketing best practices and regulatory standards. My goal is to create an operational environment where innovation thrives, risks are mitigated, and the business is agile enough to respond to shifting market demands.

Lead Acquisition Specialist
Eddie Bayo
My core responsibility is to build and manage structured, data-informed acquisition pipelines—designed to drive qualified leads, increase conversion efficiency, and support sustainable revenue growth.

In my role, I take a dual-track approach: first, designing and optimizing lead generation strategies across multiple channels (organic, paid, referral, partnerships); second, managing the operational frameworks that ensure these strategies are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable results.
From market segmentation and persona development to funnel mapping and campaign execution, I leverage CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities, track performance, and iterate in real time. I believe in precision—every acquisition effort I oversee is based on clear KPIs, conversion logic, and ROI-driven outcomes.
As a Project Manager, I apply agile methodologies to align cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, product, and analytics—ensuring full lifecycle accountability from lead generation to nurturing and handoff. I scope, plan, and execute initiatives with structured workflows, risk management protocols, and detailed reporting, allowing for both speed and scalability.

Customer Support / Sales / Lead
Rodel Saguin
My main responsibility is to make sure every interaction with our customers—whether they’re asking a question, giving feedback, or exploring our services—creates value for them and generates opportunities for our business to grow.

A big part of my role is what I call lead mining. This means I pay close attention to what customers are saying, how they’re using our product or service, and what they might need next. By understanding their pain points, goals, and behavior patterns, I can identify potential leads—new sales opportunities hiding in everyday conversations.

I work closely with both the support and sales teams to connect the dots between customer needs and the solutions we offer. On the support side, I make sure we have fast, helpful responses and clear communication. On the sales side, I use insights from customer interactions to guide outreach, personalize proposals, and follow up at the right time with the right message.

I also focus on improving the tools and systems we use—like our CRM, help desk, and feedback loops—so our team can respond faster, track better, and close leads more efficiently.

IT / Tech Manager
Christian Macaraig
I focus on maintaining the health, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure while ensuring that every team member has the tools and support they need to stay productive.
On the systems side, I design, deploy, and maintain our core infrastructure—across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud environments—ensuring optimal performance, data security, and business continuity. This includes managing user provisioning, software lifecycle, access control, and compliance with industry standards.

On the support side, I serve as the first and final line of defense—troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and internal platforms, while documenting solutions and continuously improving the support knowledge base. Whether it's resolving network latency, configuring secure VPN access, or managing SaaS application integrations, I work to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

I also play a strategic role in IT project management—leading initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, cloud migrations, and vendor evaluations. I ensure that each initiative is executed with a clear scope, timeline, and measurable outcome aligned with business priorities.
